AI and how we make what we sell

Coffee Marketing Pro builds tools for coffee businesses, and we use AI to build them. Claude and similar models help us draft copy, write and review code, analyze data and translate. We are not shy about it: knowing how to use these tools well is part of what we sell.

What that does not change

Nothing reaches you without a person reading it first. Every product, every email and every page on this site is reviewed and approved by a human before it goes out, and Matteo Borea holds editorial responsibility for everything published under this brand.

Three things we do not do. We do not ship unreviewed model output. We do not present a number produced by a model as a measured figure: inside our tools, measured, estimated and not measurable are always labeled as what they are. And we do not sell you a system we have not run inside our own business first.

The legal part

Article 50 of the EU AI Act, in force since August 2026, requires a disclosure on AI-generated text published to inform the public on matters of public interest. It does not apply where the content has gone through human review and editorial control with a named person responsible for it. That is the standard we meet, and we are stating it here rather than leaving you to guess.

A technical note

Text generated by some AI models now carries an invisible watermark that dedicated detection tools can read, and files generated by some models carry signed provenance metadata. Either may be present in material we publish. It signals that a model was part of the process. The decisions, the numbers and the responsibility are ours.
