The file works, or your money back

This is the rule for our digital files: the Coffee Business Profitability Framework, its guide, its bonuses and any other file we sell.

If you have not downloaded it yet

Ask within 14 days of your purchase and you get a full refund. We won't ask why. If you buy as a consumer in the European Union, this is the right of withdrawal the law gives you, and we apply the same rule to business customers.

If you have downloaded it and it does not work

When you buy a file, you ask us for immediate access and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once you download it. From that moment this guarantee applies.

If the file does not work, or you cannot use it because of something that depends on us, write to info@coffeemarketingpro.com within 48 hours of your first download. Tell us your order number, what does not work and in which program, and show us, for example with a screenshot. If the problem is ours, you get a full refund.

A file does not work when, in one of the programs listed on its product page, it does not open, its calculations do not work, or its content is materially different from what the product page describes.

The guarantee covers a file that does not work, not a file you would have built differently. It does not cover:

• a preference about how the file is structured or how it looks;
• a change of mind after the download;
• problems caused by a program that is not listed on the product page, or by changes made to the file;
• results that depend on the data you enter.

How we refund

We refund the full amount, with the same payment method you used, within 14 days of confirming the refund, and at no cost to you. Once the refund is made, the licence to use the file ends, and we ask you to delete any copy you have.

After the 48 hours

Our guarantee ends, your legal rights do not. If you are a consumer and the file has a defect, the law protects you: under Spanish law, for two years from delivery. In that case we first fix the file or send you a version that works; if we cannot, you can ask for a price reduction or end the contract and get your money back. This guarantee is in addition to those rights and never limits them.

Services

For the Implementation Call and for Online Store Management, the conditions are the ones on their product page and, for Online Store Management, in the contract we sign before the service starts.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you can withdraw from a service within 14 days of purchase. If you ask us to carry out the service within those 14 days, you pay for the part already carried out when you withdraw; once the service has been fully carried out at your request, the right of withdrawal ends.

How to ask

For the guarantee, write to info@coffeemarketingpro.com with your order number. To withdraw, use the link "Withdraw from contract here" at the bottom of every page of this website, or write to us: you can use the model form at the end of our Terms of service, but any clear statement is enough.
