Terms of service

These terms govern the use of coffeemarketingpro.com and every purchase made on it. Read them before you buy: when you place an order, you accept the version in force on that day.
1. Who we are
Coffee Marketing Pro is the trading name of Matteo Borea, a self-employed professional established in Spain.

2. Who these terms apply to
They apply both to consumers and to business customers. A consumer is a person who buys for purposes outside their trade, business or profession. Where a rule is different for consumers, we say so. Nothing in these terms takes away the rights that the law of your country gives you as a consumer and that cannot be waived.
3. What we sell
- Digital files: spreadsheets, guides and similar content, delivered by download. Each product page says what is included and which programs open the file.
- Implementation Call: a 60-minute one-to-one video call with Matteo Borea.
- Online Store Management: a monthly service under a twelve-month contract, which we sign before the service starts.
Descriptions and examples show how a tool works. The figures in the examples are illustrations; your results depend on your data.
4. How to buy
You add the product to the cart, go to the checkout, enter your details, check the summary of the order and pay. Before paying you can check and correct everything you entered, going back with the links on the checkout page. The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation by email.
We keep a record of your order, and the order confirmation is your copy of the contract; you can also ask us for it. The contract can be concluded in English or in Italian.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency of your market and include the indirect taxes we are required to charge; where they apply, they are shown at checkout and on the invoice. Payment is made at checkout through Shopify Payments: we never see or store your full card details. Prices can change, but you pay the price shown when you placed the order.
6. Delivery of digital files
After payment you receive the download link by email, and you can also download the files from the page of your order. Download them and keep a copy: the link is not meant to last forever.
7. Your right of withdrawal, if you are a consumer
Digital files. You have 14 days from purchase to withdraw without giving any reason, as long as you have not downloaded the file. When you buy a file, we ask you to tick a box to request immediate access and to acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once you download it, and we confirm this in the order confirmation. For files that do not work, our own guarantee applies, as described in the Refund policy.
Services. You have 14 days from purchase. If you ask us to carry out the service within those 14 days, you pay for the part already carried out when you withdraw; once the service has been fully carried out at your request, the right of withdrawal ends.
How to withdraw. The simplest way is the withdrawal function of this website: the link "Withdraw from contract here", at the bottom of every page, opens a short form; when you confirm, we send you by email an acknowledgment of receipt with the content, date and time of your request. You can also send us a clear statement to info@coffeemarketingpro.com, using the model form at the end of these terms if you like. We refund every payment within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, with the same payment method you used and at no cost to you.
Business customers do not have a legal right of withdrawal: for them, the Refund policy applies as written.
8. Legal guarantee, if you are a consumer
If a digital file does not conform to the contract, you have the rights the law gives you: under Spanish law, we are responsible for defects that appear within two years of delivery. You can ask us to fix the file; if we cannot do it within a reasonable time, you can ask for a price reduction or end the contract. The guarantee in our Refund policy is in addition to these rights.
9. How you may use the files
When you buy a file, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use it in your own business, or in the businesses you own or manage. You may adapt it for that use. You may not resell it, share it, publish it or pass it on to others, in its original form or modified. The files, their texts and the Coffee Marketing Pro brand remain the property of Matteo Borea.
10. What our tools do and do not do
Our tools help you read your numbers and make decisions. They are not financial, tax, accounting or legal advice, and they do not promise results: what you get out of them depends on the data you enter and on the decisions you make.
11. How we use artificial intelligence
We use artificial intelligence tools to build our products and our content. A person reviews and approves everything before it reaches you, and Matteo Borea is responsible for everything published under this brand. How we do it is explained on the page AI transparency.
12. The services
Implementation Call. After your purchase we agree with you on the time of the call, which takes place by video.
Online Store Management. Duration, fee, suspension and the return of your data are set out in the contract we sign before the service starts. If these terms and that contract differ, the contract prevails.
13. Use of the website
You may not use the website in ways that damage it or other users, such as extracting its content with automated tools, trying to get around its security or using it for unlawful purposes.
14. Liability
We are responsible for what depends on us, within the limits set by the law. For business customers, our liability for each order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or the rights of consumers.
15. Links and services of others
The website links to websites and tools run by others, which have their own terms. We are not responsible for them.
16. Personal data
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy policy and our Cookie policy.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order, and the date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
18. Applicable law and courts
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence. For business customers, the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria have jurisdiction.
19. Complaints
Write to info@coffeemarketingpro.com. If we cannot resolve a complaint together, we will tell you which alternative dispute resolution body is competent and whether we take part in its procedure. Consumers can also contact the consumer authorities of their country.
